Service Charges
10%-20% Service Charge applies to all food and beverage costs.
Includes: On-site catering equipment, beverage service equipment, buffet and service equipment, chafing dishes, silver platters, mirrors, bowls, baskets, utensils, cocktail and paper dinner napkins, buffet linens, skirting, greenery and decor. Glass plates and silver forks or disposable cocktail plates and forks for appetizer menus, heavy-duty disposable dinnerware for dinner menus. 5 piece settings of dinner plate, salad or dessert plate, knife and fork and linen napkin are available for dinners under the 20% serving equipment charge.Service charges may be lowered if china is provided or rented by client.
Tables, chairs, china, silverware, glassware and additional rentals requested are billed directly to you by a rental company of your choice. Ladyfingers will be happy to assist you with your rental order.
On-site grills are available at additional charge.
Staff
Servers $18.00 per hour
Bartenders $20.00 per hour
On-Site Chef $20.00 per hour
Sundays and holidays Servers and Bartenders $20.00 per hour
Sunday/Holiday On-Site Chef $25.00 per hour
Facility Fees
Most facilities charge a flat rate for the use of their facility. This fee is billed directly to you by the facility. Some facilities also charge a percentage based on your catering fees. This fee may be added to your catering bill and paid to the facility by Ladyfingers Catering Inc.

Payment Schedule Requirements
Private clients: Contract and $150 deposit due at all event bookings.
50% deposit due 30 days prior to event with final payment 10 days prior to event.
Corporate clients: Regular and frequent small bookings require contract good for 1 year.
Special events require separate contract with $150 booking fee. 50% deposit due 10 days prior to event. Balance due within 30 days of invoicing.
