Small plates are appetizer dishes and small courses that can be ordered a la carte and served tableside for your guests to share and eat family style.  A small plates menu can also be served buffet style.

Small plates are appetizer dishes and small courses that can be ordered a la carte and served tableside for your guests to share and eat family-style. A small plates menu can also be served buffet-style. Please choose from the following selections to custom build your small plates menu. 

Small Plates

  • Cuban braised Beef - Ropa Vieja on corn cake with chili creme fraiche
  • Grilled New York Strip with caramelized onion, bleu cheese, peppercorn sauce
  • White Lump Crab Cake with remoulade and fried cappers
  • Bacon wrapped Colossal BBQ Shrimp over jalapeno cheese grits
  • Petite Angus Meatloaf topped with tomato jam on top caramelized onion mashed potatoes
  • Caribbean Shrimp Fritters with Key Lime Sauce
  • Charred Baby Octopus with Saffron Aioli or Roasted Garlic Marinara Sauce with Crostini
  • Chicken Molé on Petite Homemade Corn Tortilla
  • Churrasco Grilled Beef Tenderloin Skewers
  • Marinated beef tenderloin, charcoal grilled with chimichurri sauce
  • Homemade Arancini with Smoked Mozzarella, Fontina, Early Peas and served with Marinara
  • House Cured Gravlax with Caper Herb Aioli and Sliced Homemade Pumpernickel Bread
  • Lobster Macaroni and Cheese Cavatappi with toasted parmesan panko
  • Petite Pistachio Encrusted Lamb Chops with Roasted Garlic Rosemary Jus
  • Seared Sea Scallop topped with Bourbon Sugar Glazed Maplewood Bacon and Mornay drizzle, served over jalapeno grits
