Ladyfingers Catering is your go-to caterer for weddings in Louisville and Kentuckiana, serving over 200 weddings per year. With experienced leadership and a reliable team, we manage weddings every weekend, often handling multiple events in a single day. Couples and their families consistently share that working with Ladyfingers makes the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free, so they can fully enjoy their celebration!

Our Wedding Coordinator is available to handle any and all questions about planning your perfect day, and will work closely with you from the beginning of the planning process through your event so you can feel confident everything is taken care of.

All of our food is made in-house, including breads and desserts, with menus that range from international cuisines like Caribbean, Latin, Mediterranean, Indian, and Asian to Southern, BBQ, Kentucky classics, and bourbon-inspired favorites. We also use fresh, high-quality local ingredients, including herbs and vegetables grown in our on-site gardens.

We are here to make your wedding planning easier. We have already put together a wide range of menu options to help get you started, and we can also create custom menus for any budget or theme. We offer a variety of menu styles so you can create the type of event you have in mind:

• Reception style menus with heavy hors d’oeuvres and appetizers
• Dinner buffets
• Plated dinners
• Stations menus 

Passed and stationary appetizers, food bars, late night snacks, and desserts are available as additions to any menu.

All menus are customizable. You can start with our existing options or work with us to create something specific to your preferences, budget, or theme. We are also happy to accommodate dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and food allergies.

Ladyfingers Catering can also provide bar and beverage services. We have several tiered bar packages available: Bronze, Copper, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Ultimate, Bourbon Tasting, Catered Bourbon Trail, and Cash Bar options. We can also create specialty cocktails or mocktails for your wedding.

Depending on your venue, we also offer a bar mixer package where you supply the alcohol, and we take care of the rest (it’s an excellent value!). If you’re interested in non-alcoholic options, we’ve got you covered with mocktails, iced tea, lemonade, soda bars, coffee, as well as specialty coffee bars, hot chocolate bars, and iced tea bar selections.

Presentation is an important part of what we do. Buffets are set with multi-level display pieces, decorative billowing, candles, flowers, greenery, and other décor, all coordinated to match your color scheme, theme, and event style. We are always happy to incorporate your ideas into the overall presentation.

Our team handles every aspect of service, from set up to service to clean up. We also take care of the details throughout the day, including making sure you and your wedding party have appetizers during photos and packing up leftovers for you to take home at the end of the night.

We offer both high-quality disposable dinnerware or china from your chosen rental company. We are partnered with Rent and Rave for all of your event rental needs, including china, flatware, linens, tables, chairs, etc. Mention you are using Ladyfingers Catering to receive 10% off of your bill with Rent and Rave.

Now to the big question, how does our pricing work? We price every menu item a la carte so that you can build a menu that best fits your budget and preferences. Beverage and bar services as well as dinnerware, rentals, staff and service charge are all additional fees. The best way to get a full price is to review our menus and fill out a Request for Proposal Form. This allows us to create a customized proposal with menu selections and itemized pricing based on what you are interested in.

After you complete a Request for Proposal, our Wedding Coordinator will reach out to discuss all of your wedding details, answer questions, and make recommendations. At this time, we can also schedule a wedding tasting or meeting in our tasting room to explore options further.

Once you know you love us, we need to lock in your date with a deposit. From there we can still make any changes to your menu, guest count or details. The contract and deposit simply locks in your spot on our calendar. After that, we ask for 50% payment 30 days prior to your wedding and final payment and guest count 10 days prior.
