Tastings

We do offer private tastings for the wedding couple!  Private tastings are offered on Wednesdays at our office, and are $100 per person.  Standard tasting menus allow you to choose to taste 3 appetizers, 1 salad, 2 entrees and 3 sides.  Please inquire for more details on nontraditional style menu tastings, including reception menus, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and stations.

What’s offered with a private tasting:

- Customized tasting menu built off your selected menu

- Complimentary glass of Wine, Soft drink or Iced Tea

- A sit down consultation with our Wedding Coordinator

Additionally, we host wedding open house shows bi-monthly.  These are held on week days from 4pm-7pm and tickets are $10 per person (plus tax and fees).  We host these open houses at various venues where we frequently cater.  There you can see how we set-up our buffet displays, and we will have members of our team there available for questions.  We also like to invite some of our favorite vendors to showcase their services.  Please inquire for more details on our next open house!
