Plated Dinner Menus

Plated dinners are served directly to your guests table side.  Minimums are required.

CREATE YOUR OWN PLATED DINNER MENU

Plated Dinners are served to your guest's table side and include salad, entrée(s), sides and bread. Plated dinners come as single entrée (one per plate) or dual entrée (two per one plate) meals. 

To start building your menu, select a handful of options within each category: salad, entrée(s) and side dishes. Ladyfingers Catering will then put together a full price proposal including your favorite menu items. 

Salad Options

  • Garden Salad with fresh romaine, sliced red onion, grapevine tomato, crisp cucumbers and herb croutons 
  • Classic Caesar Salad with garlic herb croutons, grated parmesan cheese tossed in classic Caesar dressing 
  • European Mix Salad with sun dried tomatoes, red onion, gorgonzola, toasted almonds, smoked bacon and balsamic vinaigrette 
  • Spring Mix Salad with burgundy poached pears, caramelized walnuts, dried cranberries and Stilton bleu cheese and balsamic vinaigrette 
  • Green Goddess Wedge Salad with lettuce wedge, English cucumber, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, bleu cheese wedge topped with creamy bourbon Green Goddess dressing  
  • Asian Chopped Salad with Ginger Dressing with iceburg lettuce, carrots and ginger dressing  
  • Ranch House Salad with fresh romaine, diced tomato, cucumber, chopped Maplewood bacon, shredded cheddar cheese and Ranch herb croutons and homemade buttermilk ranch dressing 
  • Spinach Salad with maple wood smoked bacon, hard boiled eggs, mushrooms, red onion, shredded parmesan, croutons with a balsamic vinaigrette 
  • Strawberry Orange Baby Spinach Salad with mandarin oranges, strawberries, bleu cheese, mushrooms, and Vidalia raspberry dressing 
  • Bourbon Sorghum Salad with mandarin oranges, bourbon toasted pecans, bleu cheese, red onion and bourbon sorghum vinaigrette or bourbon sorghum citrus dressing 
  • Blueberry Pomegranate Spring Mix Salad with mandarin oranges, bourbon toasted pecans, blue cheese, red onion and bourbon sorghum vinaigrette or bourbon sorghum citrus dressing  
  • Bluegrass Bibb Salad with red onion, goat cheese, toasted pecans, country ham, bourbon honey vinaigrette 
  • Steakhouse Wedge Salad with romaine hearts, diced tomatoes, red onions, Maplewood smoked bacon and Maytag bleu cheese  
  • Farm House Wedge Salad with baby iceberg lettuce, bleu cheese, granny smith apple, candied pecans, Maplewood bacon, red onion and homemade buttermilk ranch dressing 
  • Greek Salad with romaine topped with tomatoes, feta cheese, red onion, Kalamata olives and roasted garlic vinaigrette 
  • Mixed Baby Greens Salad with Roasted Beets slow roasted red and yellow beet salad with fresh orange, toasted hazelnut, goat cheese and chervil orange vinaigrette 
  • Caprese Salad with roma tomatoes, homemade mozzarella cheese, red onion, fresh basil drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette  
  • Fiesta Ranch Salad with cheddar, olives, diced tomatoes and tortilla chips with fiesta ranch dressing
