Station 1: Vegetable Crudité Display

  • Cheese Boards- Decorated tri-flavored brie wheel with praline sauce, pecans, apricot chutney, toasted almonds and raspberry chambord sauce with berries. Bleu cheese wedge with pears, cheddar, smoked gouda, and provolone on cheese boards garnished with grapes, strawberries, fresh bread and crackers  
  • Cheese with Fresh Fruit Garnish- Cubed and wedged assortment of mild cheddar, white cheddar, pepperjack and smoked gouda cheeses and cheese torte with fresh fruit garnish of grapes, pineapple and strawberries 
  • Charcuterie Boards-  

Cured meats, gorgonzola, aged smoked cheddar, Gouda and Brie

Prosciutto, Salami, Pepperoni and Soppressata, dried apricots, honey pear chutney, spiced pecans, fig jam, imported olives, marinated artichoke hearts

  • Grazing Table- Artful Bohemian display of charcuterie with cheeses, meats, antipasto, olives, pickles, fresh vegetable crudite, seasonal fruit and berries, nuts, preserves, mustards, gourmet dips and spread, accompanied by gourmet crackers, bread sticks, crostinis and sliced baguette

  • Garden Fresh Crudité- Relish Tiers of fresh cut garden vegetables to include cucumbers, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots, grape vine tomatoes, olives, pickles, pepperoncinis. Choice of homemade dip: Ranch, Dill, Vegetable, Spinach Leek, Chipotle Ranch  
  • Grilled Mediterranean Antipasto Display- Beautiful array of marinated and grilled garden vegetables to include asparagus, sweet peppers, mushrooms, green beans, zucchini, sun dried tomato, artichoke hearts, gourmet olives and peppers. Served with roasted garlic aioli and artisan breads.
  •  Mediterranean Mezze Display-  Creamy roasted garlic hummus, roasted red pepper hummus, cucumber relish, tomato basil bruschetta, grilled artichoke hearts, grilled mushrooms, red peppers, kalamata olives, feta cheese, herb olive bocconcini, prosciutto, salami, pita bread and sliced artesian breads
