Dual Entrée Buffet Menu

We offer a wide variety of salads, entrees and sides to create your own buffet. Here is an example of a well rounded dinner buffet menu.

Plated Dinner Menu

Plated dinners can be either a single or dual entree plate.

with mandarin oranges, bourbon toasted pecans, bleu cheese, red onion and bourbon sorghum vinaigrette

Kentucky Hot Brown Chicken

chicken breast stuffed with Maplewood bacon, sun dried tomato and baby spinach topped with creamy Mornay sauce

Chef Carved Charcoal Grilled Beef Tenderloin

served with Henry Baines and Horseradish sauce and your choice of Merlot Demi Glace, Bourbon Peppercorn Sauce, Tarragon Bearnaise

Reception Menu

A reception menu is compiled of various finger food items that can still be served during dinner time. There are some items where we suggest doing two per person.

Gourmet Cheese with Fresh Fruit Garnish

cubed assortment of mild cheddar, white cheddar, pepperjack and smoked gouda cheeses and cheese torte with fresh fruit garnish of grapes, pineapple and strawberries

Choose one cheese torte flavor: Benedictine, Bourbon Cheddar, Garden Vegetable Ranch, Roasted Red Pepper Allouhette, Bleu Cheese Walnut, Sundried Tomato Pesto 

Garden Fresh Vegetable Crudite

Tiers of fresh cut garden vegetables to include cucumbers, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots, grape vine tomatoes, olives, pickles, pepperoncinis. Choice of homemade dip: Ranch, Dill, Vegetable, Spinach Leek, Chipotle Ranch 


Honey Smoked Ham Sandwiches on Hawaiian Rolls

Bluegrass Chicken Salad Sandwiches on Petite Croissants

Gourmet Hickory Smoked Beef Tenderloin on Butter Buns
